Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026. This is a starter agreement, so have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it commercially.
1. The service
GlassKoala measures how AI language models reference your brand and provides recommendations for improving that visibility. Scan results reflect live model outputs at the time of the scan; models are probabilistic and results will vary between runs.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- No scraping, reselling or programmatic extraction of scan results outside the product or a plan that includes API access.
- No use of the service to harass, defame, or manipulate representations of parties you have no legitimate interest in.
- Fair-use caps apply per plan; we may throttle or suspend abusive usage.
3. Plans, billing & overage
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Agency usage beyond the plan baseline is metered and billed per additional cross-engine scan as listed on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
4. No guarantees of AI placement
We provide observability and recommendations. We do not control third-party AI systems and make no warranty that any action will result in your brand appearing in any model's answers.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
